A 501(c)3 nonprofit that mails free, handwritten letters to others with OCD and related disorders, to remind others they aren’t alone, encourage hope, and dispense resources.

Anxiety and Depression Association of America

Founded in 1979 with the goal of aiding in the prevention, treatment and research of diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD and other related disorders, the site has a “find a therapist” directory, peer-to-peer support groups, blog posts, webinars and podcasts to provide people with information and resources for OCD and other diagnoses.
