Daniel Grenchik

Meet Daniel

LPCC

Daniel is ebullient to be joining the Kairos Collective. Daniel has been working in the mental health field for over 11 years and has worked with a variety of populations and diagnoses, in many different treatment settings. He has experience working with all ages but primarily with adolescents. Daniel has an eclectic approach to therapy, focusing on communication, adaptability, and a client-centered approach. Daniel works with his clients to devise individualized plans specific to their needs. Daniel’s approaches include art therapy, play therapy, sports, and environmental engagement.

When not engaging in the mental health field, Daniel can be found in the Andromeda Galaxy helping the Andromeda Initiative, engaging with dragons that dwell in dungeons, researching people’s various behaviors/beliefs/communication styles, adventuring into various forms of audio exploration, and cooking new dishes. Needless to say, Daniel is an avid reader, researcher, video game collector and board game player.

Hailing from the south side of Chicago, Calumet City to be specific, Daniel continued his studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. There he earned a B.F.A. in Art and Design with minor in Art History, Asian Studies, and Creative writing. After graduating, he relocated to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he attended Southwestern College and graduated with a Master’s in Art Therapy/Counseling. Post grad school, Daniel once again relocated to the Denver area where he currently resides.
