Who We Are: Kairos Wellness Collective is a rapidly growing, collaborative Anxiety and OCD clinic born from personal experience with OCD and a strong desire to enormously improve local access to quality OCD care. We are a vibrant, dynamic center passionate about providing quality professional mental health services and responding to the growing need in our community for concrete and lasting support through anxiety and mental health challenges. We currently have offices in Boulder, Denver, and Fort Collins!

Part Time Neurofeedback Technician
The Opportunity:
We are hiring an experienced, part time Neurofeedback technician who will be responsible for conducting brain maps and neurofeedback training for clients experiencing OCD and anxiety.
Who You Are:
Certified in Neurofeedback with 2+ years working as a neurofeedback technician or similar.
Adaptable and willing to step outside of our comfort zones to try new methodologies.
Self-motivated and determined.
Reliable and punctual.
A life-long learner dedicated to personal and professional growth.
Collaborative and open to feedback, with excellent communication skills.
Live and lead with integrity.
Hold a strong interest in anxiety disorders and OCD and a desire to learn a new specialty.
Familiar with psychopharmacology, functional medicine, and able to collaborate with psychiatrists and functional medicine practitioners when necessary.
Possess strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities to address complex patient needs.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled at building rapport with patients and facilitating therapeutic relationships.
Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental
Able to work evenings, flexible after school hours, and experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Required Skills:
Strong clinical expertise in neurofeedback.
Experience in mental health and behavioral health preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage scheduling, communications, and clinical notes on Simple Practice.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Part Time Therapist Position in Fort Collins & Full Time Therapist in Boulder
The Position:
We are seeking an experienced and licensed mental health therapist who has previous experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. We are hiring a part-time role for our Fort Collins office and a full-time role for our Boulder office. Candidates must be available in-office for after school/evening hours, Monday through Friday.
Who You Are:
An LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LCSW with 2+ years of experience as a mental health therapist and a strong knowledge base in behavioral health and social work.
Adaptable and willing to step outside of our comfort zones to try new methodologies.
Self-motivated and determined.

Collaborative and open to feedback, with excellent communication skills.

Able to work evenings, flexible after school hours, and ability to work with children and adolescents
Duties:
Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide in person (and occasional telehealth) clinical counseling and therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups
Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy
Monitor and evaluate patient progress throughout the course of therapy
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of OCD and related Anxiety Disorders
Document session notes in client files within 24 hours of session
Demonstrate organized, professional skills in promptly answering calls and emails
Maintain ethics and confidentiality of client information and Kairos Wellness Collective's proprietary information
Work independently and implement time management strategies
Demonstrate the ability to work smoothly with other clinicians as a team player, and communicate effectively about shared clients
Demonstrate the ability to accept feedback from Supervising clinician as well as collaborating clinicians and be open to seeing cases from a fresh perspective
Network within the therapist community, to maintain strong referral sources
Assist with marketing and retention of new clients
Attend and participate in workshops and training sessions facilitated for clients as well as for clinicians

The Logistics:
Job Type: Part-time Employee in Fort Collins Office and Full Time Employee in the Boulder Office
Compensation: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Part Time: Up to 20 client sessions per week ; Full Time: 30-40 client sessions per week
Both candidates are expected to offer robust outside-of-school hours: evenings and/or weekends
