  • Creating and upholding an environment that exudes both professionalism and a warm, casual, family friendly atmosphere

If you feel like you align with our values and are a good fit for our team, we encourage you to apply for our Internship Program!

Interns will observe therapy sessions with our various clinicians and as comfortable, will co-lead and then facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as therapeutic group sessions.

Interns will provide intake sessions, deduct diagnoses, and create treatment plans. Supervising clinicians will aid interns in developing clinical skills, establishing rapport with clients and clients’ families, and establishing a work-life balance.

In addition to providing exceptional therapeutic services, Kairos Wellness Collective also plays an important role in the community, helping clinicians outside the Collective expand their knowledge base and expertise in OCD and OCD best-practices. Kairos provides individual and group training sessions to clinicians on OCD, ERP, ACT, etc. Interns will be expected to attend and participate in clinician training sessions.

Interns may also be expected to perform some administrative duties and engage in client communication, as well as other various tasks related to enhancing the workspace and ensuring that operations run smoothly.

Interns at Kairos Wellness Collective are woven into the fabric of the Team environment and into client cases, step by step. As their confidence and comfort level grows, interns are given wide berth to create groups and brainstorm and develop programs that enhance Kairos Wellness Collective’s vision and mission, in addition to their client responsibilities.

Interns will be supervised by professional staff at all times, and individual clinical work is supervised by Natalia Aniela Blanchfield, Founder and Lead Therapist at Kairos Wellness Collective.

We are currently not accepting interns at this time.
