Meet Carly
Therapist (LPCC)
Carly is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to feel seen and heard without judgment. Empathy is the cornerstone of her approach, while creativity and a dash of humor facilitate the cultivation of an engaging and meaningful therapeutic alliance. Utilizing a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, she provides individualized treatment tailored to her clients’ current needs and future goals, respectful of the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client.
Carly’s previous experience as a mental health provider included roles within a community-based outpatient clinic as well as a therapeutic foster care organization. She has a background teaching special education in addition to eight years of experience as a college and career counselor. She enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, and is particularly drawn to those experiencing difficult life transitions. Carly personally understands the empowering nature of therapy, and considers it an honor to walk with clients on their journeys to living well.
Carly is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC.0018412) in the state of Colorado as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor.
